1. Acceptance of terms
By joining the waitlist or using the Temankas app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Temankas is provided by PT Hikarsa Nova Indonesia (Hikanova).
2. The Temankas service
Temankas is a personal finance tracker app for Android and iOS. You can log manually, or automatically from receipt photos, bank statements, bank notification emails, phone notifications (Android), and chat-style messages. Temankas is still in development and opens through a waitlist.
3. AI results & your control
AI results always arrive as drafts and can be wrong. You are responsible for checking and confirming each draft before saving it.
4. Not financial advice
The financial health score and suggestions in Temankas are general guidance based on your records, not professional financial or investment advice.
5. Plans, trial & early sign-up perks
The Free plan with unlimited manual transactions is available forever. Premium pricing will be announced at launch, with monthly and yearly options. Every new account gets a one-time 14-day Premium trial; afterward, the account switches back to Free if you don't subscribe, and your records stay safe.
Waitlist members get 30 days of Premium free and 30% off their first yearly plan, for accounts created with the same email within 14 days of launch, once per email. Prices and plan limits may change, but unlimited manual tracking will always be free.
6. Your responsibilities
When using Temankas, you agree to:
- Keep your account and device secure.
- Only share receipts, statements, emails, and notifications that belong to you.
- Not use Temankas for anything unlawful.
7. Ending the service
You can stop using Temankas and request account deletion at any time (see the Data Deletion page). We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms of Service.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
